Get to know our Women's Jiu Jitsu Class

Our women-only Jiu Jitsu class is a welcoming space where you can learn, grow, and feel empowered on the mats. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already familiar with Jiu Jitsu, this class is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and technique in a supportive, friendly environment. Led by experienced instructors who understand the unique needs of women in martial arts, each session focuses on practical self-defense, skill development, and personal growth. Come as you are, make new friends, and experience the benefits of Jiu Jitsu at your own pace—we’d love to have you join our community!  Our women's only class meets once a month on Sunday's and is free for everyone!
